SXR Antifreeze in through usual flush hose intake?

Time to winterize. I assume I just use the flush hose intake to get antifreeze in but thought I should check to make sure that is correct. I would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks,

Andrew

that will work. just make sure you arent forcing in any fluid when the motor isnt running
to prevent hydrolock
you can backflush in through the pisser as well in a mod ski
I have never used antifreeze, most standups will blast out the remaining water when brapped out a few times
but I live in NC and skis are in a warm garage

I used to use antifreeze in my sxr. Then went to rv antifreeze. Its better for environment and wont hurt ski. Its veg oil based and cheaper also. With my sj i dont do a thing. I used to use fitting with a cut off hose and funnel. Started the ski and started pouring till it came out overboard fitting. Its probably overkill but ...

I do it, I pull to jumper hose from the head to the exhaust off my sxr and pump it into the block and then into the exhaust hole, while the ski is idiling. I use an old fuel primer bulb and fuel hose from an outboard motor tank to do it.
