Looking for some buoy course around the within 3hr drive of the Bay Area? if not any groups out here ride Sherman island?

camp far west lake in Lincoln ca. for sure
there used to be a buoy course at Sherman island on the stockton delta but that was 15 years ago. not sure if its still a spot
