Any contact with Rhaas?

I tore a set of Rhaas couch mounts a few months back and I've been trying to get them warrantied. Emailed them october 1st, then every 2 weeks after that. Jetmaniac suggested I ship them back and gave me their address. I did that, and they were delivered november 6th. Still no contact. Any help?

Don’t waist your time with it. I have been trying to get a set warrantied since January. I’ve already wrote him off as being another unreliable pos in the industry. Save your time and money and buy new oem Yamaha mounts and don’t look back. Buying sub par and poor quality parts from unreliable companies that offer bogus warranty claims does nothing but make you mad and wast your time…

I'm using a used set of oem couch mounts right now that I've been happy with. My plan was to get the warrantied set, sell them, and buy four brand new couch mounts. Damn

Just send them back. I know they have been having issues with their producers recently. I have only used Rhaas twice and I cant say they were bad per se` but they certainly lack any sort of customer service / communication skills. Waited 5 weeks for a carb adapter plate, never got an email, phone call answered, tracking, etc. I won't be giving them my money ever again.

Put in an order and got it the next week. No emails or tracking though. Rough time of year, covid, supply issues etc excuses etc.

Apparently it’s been a rough time of year for a year. Only wants your money and not to honor his warranty

I've been having problems with them lately as well. Ordered a speed plate from them and a month went by with no communication. So I called and got a hold of someone and they said they had a machining error on the latest batch of them and they'd rework the ones they had within 2 weeks and then it'd ship out. I said cool, thanks, and we hung up.

Another 3 weeks went by and still nothing. I tried calling again and of course no ones answers and now the voicemail box is full so I can't even leave a message. Since that I was the case I emailed them and gave them the "What's going on, I ordered this 2 months ago" message and was told they'd be fixed within the next couple of days now.

Well guess what, a couple days turned into a couple weeks yet again and still nothing. I requested my money back and said to hell with it...

Terrible experience and I won't be giving them any of my money again.

I milled 3mm off the couch mounts in my evo 4 years, and probably 200 hours of riding ago. Perfectly fine. Aligned with no shims.

Had a set of the same in my xfr for about 70 hours so far. Aligned with no shims.

Never have seen one break although I've pulled broken ones out of donor couches.

People say they flex too much when you hit bottom. I say if your flexing that mount, your poop was gonna break anyway.

Ok I know I shouldn't but here goes, back in 2016 we entered into a deal, I supplied a very nice 300SX hull to him as he was going to make the much anticipated 300SX bolt in kit and need a hull to fit it into , after all he already had the big pump kit for the 440-660 hulls so easy peesy right, the deal was I was supposed to get the hull back with the kit installed after he used it for a while to take to Daytona and such, win win for both of us. weeks go by and Daytona comes up, nothing, months go , nothing by then years go by ,yep you guessed it nothing, always some excuse or it's coming, it's coming, truth was it wasn't even breathing hard..

So during these conversations it comes up hey you don't mind if we cut that hull up some to fit the kit, reluctantly I say yes , then it turns into hey you don't really need that hull back do you , again reluctantly I say ok because I am easygoing like that , well at least till I am not anyway. At least at this point he was still answering phone calls.

So after several years of excuses and BS I text him and say whoa hold up, at this point I need something, anything really, here is what I want, I want a set of lowered 650 mounts and a big pump install kit and a 55SX thru hull bearing , I did receive the parts in a timely fashion however when I open the box I got the cheesy plastic pump support instead of the Aluminum one, the part looked like it would break if I looked at it too hard so not wanting to take any chances I quickly put it back in the box, then after much contemplation I sold off everything except the mounts.

I got another hull and now I am doing what I should have done to start with , fiberglassing a new pump tunnel into the ski just like I did on the first one.

As you can guess the 300SX bolt in kit was never made or manufactured, each time I see people bring it up sometime, I tell them good luck !

Jetmanic sent Rhaas some texts on my behalf. Took a few days for them to reply back, but I'm now told they would be shipped out tuesday(11/30). I ordered a brand new set of oem yamaha couch mounts to start fresh next year. That's the original reason why I ordered the rhaas mounts. I didn't want used oem mounts and they were $60 cheaper for a set of four over new oem mounts.

I ordered my 701 to 550 conversion and 750 pump conversion in early May with the website saying it was in stock and I finally received the bed plates in September..

Website even says “It’s about time!”

Not very encouraging. I was waiting to order the same 550 to 701 kit for their Black Friday sale and nothing on their Facebook page at all.

I still haven't received my replacement mounts, even though they were supposed to be shipped 4 weeks ago. No contact aside from a message to jetmaniac about shipping my mounts.

I messaged him a few weeks back, it took a week for a response but he said he was moving to a new shop and tied up with that. I wasn't able to get him to sell me the parts I was looking for.

I sent another email last night and got a response this morning. They've been shipped out and should see them in a few days. He also mentioned the move between shops and being disorganized. Hopefully after the move things will get back to normal.
