Other Any Experiences with Epoxy Resin OTHER than WEST SYSTEM????

Thanks for all the input and opinions fella's. I think I'm going to go with the U.S. composite brand this time around. It seems from a majority of the posts it is good product, plus I DO LOVE THE PRICE compared to WEST. I suppose I can live with out the looks of the pretty graphics on the metal cans, and go with the plastic paper labled jugs. LOL!!!

I've used the resin from Aeromarine and really liked it. Also used Pro Glas resin from Blowsion and that stuff STINKS! Smells like rotten pumpkins and it lingers for days. US Composites gets my vote for quality and value though and that's pretty much all I use now. The one thing that I liked about the Aeromarine resin was it was a little thinner which makes wetting out the fabric a little easier. The biggest difference in viscosity is this... Do you want to spend extra money so you can save 5-10 minutes on a large job or would you rather work the resin in a little more and pay less.

I don't do the pumps anymore though. Way too much waste. I just bought a $12 food scale from Walmart and mix just what I need and no more. Works like a champ and it's very accurate.
