Any Michigan members??

air blair

you are the reason
A felony charge likely means you had over the amount deemed "personal" . Here the police look at that like "intent to distribute". Basically calling you a drug dealer.

He's right. But ya Michigan is strict on weed I guess. There is state and federal laws and the fine lines that hold em apart. Pony up on the lawyer. I've always found that paying a lawyer a lot is still less than the way the court will suck you dry. Ask crazy joe who is good in them courts around there. It really comes down to to golfs with who usually.

Were you picking up skis, or trees broski? If you peddled the same convaluted mixed up incoherent "story" to ANY officer in ANY state they'd feel compelled to jail you for a spell just to sort you out. I am not saying that what happened is 'right,' but you'll have a hard time convincing anyone that you're legit, if youre hidding something or wishy washy. If you cant tell us what happened, how can we help. They didnt find you guilt yet, they just charged you. If you are truely innocent, it wont be a big deal to throw some cash at it and learn something. Its never loo late, some get older, some get wiser.
Ive only seen Michigan police use cannibus against someone only if they were doing something else perceived tp be illegal, like excessive speed, attempting to conceal identity (licence plate) but sometimes your just in the wrong place at the wrong time with a bag of flowers that isnt mine, sir. I dont know how that roach smell got in my car.

I also agree w blair. Always best to pony up on a lawyer. Sounds like a small outfit is trying to justify its existence by turning good citizens into criminals. Hope it works out for you.

I actually live in NB and im almost willing to bet money i can name who pulled you over, what sucks is had i actually talked to you before your drive here i could have told you to completely avoid downtown all together. ive been stopped 3 times in a matter of months by the same cop for window tint then given 20 Q's on what drugs i traffic and how long ive been trafficking drugs... fun part is i already know hes playing mind games with me so when every answer is a solid NO he appears shocked... all 3 times ive gotten off with no ticket. i live literally within eye sight of the police station and you actually drove right past my house to get to Joe's, one reason they stop so many people is because M29 is nicknamed the super highway for illegal things in the area, i know heroin is a major problem in the area as well, so basically if your rolling through NB with out of state plates or anything that could be used as probable cause, your getting stopped... Ill ask around if anyone knows of any good lawyers local

Unfortunately for you, New Baltimore is the middle ground between Detroit and Port Huron (aka the Blue water bridge to Canada) and is the meeting place for many people up to no good. Believe it or not, we live at the largest border crossing site in the United States with the easiest to cross thanks to Lake St Clair. For those up to no good, Its an easy drive, follow the waters edge from Port Huron down to New Baltimore and meet up with some less than desireable Detroiters. Avoiding all major highways/expressways altogether. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately heroine is a big time problem in the area, but truth be told the police are constantly cracking down on it and doing their jobs well. Its a shame because its a great little community but sometimes that's the way she goes. Give it a few years and the scum bags will be tired of getting harassed and move on to another town. As far as a "small outfit trying to justify its existence" I could not disagree more. You'll just have to take my word for it but what's being done is for the better, the horror stories Ive been told in the past 6 months alone are quite surprising to say the least. And this is really just a small town on the water, not a big city! Good luck, and enjoy your BAM hull!!

Ive seen you driving that Focus, you get pulled over cuz you keep trying to backflip it at the light at county line. Just cuz your plate says SUPERJET doesn't mean it can flip! Dummy
