Super Jet Any way to remove coupler from crank that is not in the engine?

So kinda made a mistake today, took apart my engine and forgot that when I have to replace the seals I have to remove the coupler from the crank.... any way to get this coupler off without rebuilding the engine again so the crank doesn't move?

Thanks!

Easiest way would be to just bolt it back into the cases, throw a piston on the rear shaft, throw the cylinder and head on and use the rope trick. Take you about 10 minutes if your slow. dont have to use every bolt.

Yes, clamp the crank in a vice using the counterweight and let it rest at the bottom of the vice as well. Grab a 2x4 and set it on a coupler finger and whack the 2x4 with a hammer to break it loose. Works easier than doing it with engine assembled
