The rescue board idea is still top of my list. Maybe not that one but something similar. It'll tow easy, store easy and fit anywhere on the trailer and probably hold 15 gallons with ease. Now just to keep an eye out for something cheap along those lines.

I have Moose Racing fuel jugs that are 5.5 gallon and short squares with handles on both sides. They fit perfectly in the front of the tray and one strap across from the bondrails keeps it there perfectly and still rideable/rollable (yes I've tried). They don't sell these anymore, but it's an idea.

No, they are not the normal fuel jugs everyone uses, much wider/shorter.

wilkey, your the only pro cock muncher round here, lil buddy.dont you have some tuning to do or something?

towing something out is far cheaper but a long second to a boat to get the skis and supplies out, maybe if you had a really long rope you could let out you could maintain decent speed towing a large tube.I suspect towing any kinda weight would suck with a sj though.I hate going long distance rides,At least one knucklehead we ride with always sinks or breaks their barely running ski and the tow back is stupid.

resue baord is a good idea too....how bout you fuse or stagger 2 boogie boards together and call it a day

I like this idea because it'd be attatched to the ski.....likely no problems unless you have some dick with a 40' cruiser that just blasts by you
