Anyone else tried this set up

Just upgraded steering set up after getting a pole also, ride motocross mostly so I wanted to install pro taper moto fat bars so I did. Haven't seen any other skis yet with it and wondering if anyone has tried it.

What specifically about the bars are you trying to reference? The height, sweep, angle, diameter? They are pretty wide, as long as you're comfortable with them kool.

Everything about them, just wondering if there's a reason nobody uses them, they are pretty wide and have maybe a little too much sweep, I'll just have to find out how I like them this weekend

RRP among others have been producing 50 and 75mm "riser" bars for years. When WDK released their new steering a few years ago it accepted 31.8mm bars common in the MTB market. That opened up the availability of countless heights, widths and sweep angles. Since then others have embraced the 31.8mm market with their steering systems too. Waveblaster and X2 riders have been using Dirt Bike bars for a long time too. Not really anything new.

There is a guy we ride with who has those bars and says he will never go back to anything else. He loves it.

Depends on your turn plate. You have to use whatever size bar it's made around.

riser bars make it hard for me to get on it in deep water. but thats just me

if u like bars with a bend i prefer straight for skiing but i was wondering if they would work i have like 3 sets of mx bars ! think u need to cut them down though !watch out about the levridge they produce might brake something else

i love running wide bars. my bars are 3" total wider than my stock bars. i love it

I think swept bars are more comfortable for freeride/surf , it's like adding length to the pole .
