Anyone have experience with Fast Elements?

I placed an order on their site last Saturday 7/27 for a Torrent pump. My card was charged immediately. The status of the order on their site still says new. I tried calling the number on the website, 585-330-6355, but it rings to a phone without a voicemail setup. Googling their address shows an office center for a staffing agency. I sent an email ahead of the order with a few questions and that went unanswered. Perhaps that should have been a sign?

I did order an assembled pump so I am trying to be patient . . .

i purchased something from them in june and after three weeks of no answers on here and calling i finally asked for a refund through paypal. dunno what the deal was just let it slide after i got my refund.

As a follow-up, I was contacted by fast elements yesterday and was offered a refund, which I took. I will be sourcing a pump elsewhere

Just to update this thread, I am STILL waiting on my refund from Fast Elements. Steve has been in contact with me but the refund was denied by his bank last week and the refund still has not cleared. Obviously not happy about $1900 being tied up this way so let this be a warning for all.
