The OP I dont have is the one that is the same as the 440 550 with the outer wings. I've never seen the corrugated ones for SJ only for 750 kawi. I've got a westcoast one with just the 2 skags
I had and SXR Plate like that.
Does the bubble wrap help push down more? I got some air bubbles in the corners of partYou can use ripstop nylon instead of peel ply, the nylon is available almost anywhere they sell fabrics. The breather cloth can be substituted with paper towels and bubble wrap.
Corners are hard, the reason that I will sometimes use the bubble wrap is it will form channels for the air to draw through. I haven`t seen any difference in the level of force if the corner has a pile of rags/paper towels or if it has bubble wrap. If you use bubble wrap the one with the small bubbles is better, the large bubbles tend to pop on me. For me I just use it as a filler to try and keep the bag/visqueen from bridging.Does the bubble wrap help push down more? I got some air bubbles in the corners of part
