The wife's 08 is still stock, so I can't say how the prop would do on a modded engine. I do know that her stock 08 prop is much better than the paper weight that came stock on my 06. Should be worth a try.

I believe 1 dude said he changed his 08 stocker to a new hooker prop from Impros and noticed no difference at all and was pissed about it too .
Yea , I read that. Impros did reccomend repitching to 9/15 and a cutback, I will try it first and report my findings.

The blades look very similar to the Concord impeller, I wonder if they're the same length.

It does appear a lot bigger, almost looks like a C-75 Mag impeller from the back side.

I am running one on my blaster with a tbm pumo cone
its better than stock but its not as good as other props i have tried
I burowed a hooker and out it in there and it was a substantal gain over the sotck prop

it's not because the whole 08 SJ pump is setback which is better than just a cutback prop .
Got mine here on tuesday from Wamiltons, its a nice looking unit, can't wait to try it but not this weekend. I don't want to make any changes since the boat is dialed in perfect right now, but for the next river ride I will try and get it installed and do an evaluation on it with no other changes.

The 08 props are cut back too. I think if you cut them back any furthur the tips of the blades wouldn't ride in the SS liner
Sweet, can't wait to mock it up.
