Its not a bad deal when you consider what comes with it and what this hull is. Lenzi hulls are built to a much higher quality compared to other AM hulls. This hull is cherry and it has very little time on it. Also, here is no waiting for the hull to be built. Just buy it an its yours. The hull already has all the little stuff done where all you have to do is throw a motor and pump in it and you're on the water. If I wasn't on such a tight budget I would have already went and bought it off him.

That's a bit of a nebulous statement. Can you clarify?

I can clarify, but I don't want to be calling out any particular builders here and slinging mud. There is far too much of that on the X as it is.

The fit and finish seems to be less the desirable on certain hulls that I have seen and ridden in the past. I'm sure there are others out there that are better than Lenzi Hulls, but there are definitely some that are worse. Lenzi's company builds yachts and his AM hull building was just a side project for him to have a fun hull for himself and while he was at it he sold a few (from what I understand). I guess what I meant to say is that with the Lenzi hull comes with years of yacht building and construction know how. I've drooled over this hull many times at the current owners house and if anybody here on the X purchases the hull they will not be disappointed with the quality of construction.

i also know the seller in person. great guy. ive seen this hull in person, bummed he gave up on it!

on the derailing side of the thread, Krash hulls right now are made in AUS. they are gearing up to start manufacturing in thailand. they are buying their own shop and starting things up under their control. Nick and his father are going to do 3 month cycles so there eyes will always be on their product. Nicks father has been doing business in thailand since the 70's, having wetsuit manufacturing he developed and owned done in thailand and later sold the plants to Rip Curl. so yea, its going to be great and is going to take over. big things!
