I made an order on the 7th for the JS550 kill switch with lanyard and it hasn't shipped yet. I tried calling and sending an email but haven't heard back from them. Anyone know if they are still in business or should I file a claim with paypal for a refund?

UPDATE: Sent him a direct email and he shipped another one out. I received it today and it works great.

Are you tired of swimming after your old Jetski after you fall off?
Have you ever watched your Jetski go 200 yards before it started to turn in circles or crash into rocks?
I finally converted my ski to use a killswitch when I fell off and my ski did not start to Circle. My ski was headed straight on a busy saturday at a small lake close to my home. It was about 200 yards away from me when it crossed in front of a 2010 Mastercraft Ski Boat. Thank goodness no one was hurt but it ripped my hull in 2 pieces and put a big hole in the bow of the Mastercraft. Thank goodness I had insurance because the damage to the Ski Boat was 14k.
What happened to me:
Please see what is left of my hull after I removed the engine. I could never find the hand pole or handle bars.

Going to try calling him again today and than ordering from you. Does yours come with a tether too?
