Surfriding Anyway to tell if your EPIC CDI is still working correctly or if its been fried?

Just like the title says. Im trying to figure oput what the heck is going on with my ski. I was riding it one day and had it WOT for a long straight away a couple of times. I then noticed I lost some power. Ski seemed sluggish and sounded weird. Shut it down and looked over the engine. Thought maybe she was over heating. Ski wouldnt start after that.
The bendix had exploded. I looked at the cylinder walls and they were totally mint. Looked at the crank and it was perfect. So I replaced the bendix and the ski started but still when i gave it throttle it started to stall out like it wasnt getting enough fuel. It adventually stalled out. Really cant figure it out.

peter if the epic is "fried" the ski simply wont start

from what your saying your issues are above doesnt seem like cdi

when the bindex exploded did it damage the flywheel or stator?

if your ski seems like its not getting enough fuel thats carbs and is not governed by the cdi

flywheel seems ok, some of the teeth are worn down alittle but seems ok. Stator looks totally fine. Carbs were just rebuilt last summer.
the reason why i was starting to think the cdi was going was when i first bought it curve a was set from my ski's motor set up and curve b did nothing except spark four times and that was it. last week i could put a or b on and it ran the same on both so I was wondering if there was a cdi issue? jss set up the wireing and waterproof box.
