Super Jet are my hood hooks the right way round?

are my hood hooks the right way round? thought i saw a pic of them the other way around.

I had this question the other day. My buddy told me the way it's supposed to be and I looked it up because I didn't believe him. I happened to find a factory manual/diagram. Factory diagram showed one going each way with the round edges on the little pin facing the outside of the hood on either side.

That's weird, the stock hood that i took off a little while ago wasn't like that, and i don't believe it's ever been switched around. The hood hooks on my stock and aftermarket hood are like the picture in the first post.

The curved part is the bottom. They are shaped to clear the pole mounting area on the hull.
