Are the Impellers the same from a 750sx to a 650sx? Both 140mm, but are they interchange? Threading on the pump the same?

No there not ... 750 and 800 are the same . 650 is different

Just the offset. All The props are 140mm. A 750/800 prop can be cut to fit a 650 pump by cutting the thread side and the spline sides back.
