B pipe alignment issue

Running a mod chamber and h20 designs water box in my 07. It seems that the inlet on the box is too high causing problems at head pipe/chamber joint. It's gapping on the bottom because the stinger side is raised. Just curious if anyone has dealt with this issue with h20 water box. I ran 2 tanks through her before the coupler slipped causing exhaust leak.

When I assembled my '08 this past winter I couldn't figure out why the waterbox wasn't lining up with the the b pipe to waterbox hose. I had the waterbox upside down so make sure yours is installed correctly. Do you have a picture?

On a stock box I could see orientation being confused but the h20 designs there's no way to get it mixed up. Might just have to try another box or a coupler longer on the bottom to bridge the gap but it shouldn't be that way

I see two waterboxes that look very similar...one is laying down on its back and one it standing in normal position.
Yea sorry hard to tell with the one laying down. Basically mine is identical to the silver one except the inlet points slightly up. It ends up being 2 inches too high

There is on inlet direct difference, they are all the same. The picture just shows a different angle. Are you sure your aligned correctly coming out of the headpipe to the chamber?

As far back as I can get with the motor in. I even measured a friend's chamber.. From stinger to top of engine compartment (by hood seal) 6 3/8. 20160525_125559.jpg

Heard that. The front of it really needs to drop 2 inches. If I can't get it sorted out I guess a longer coupler at the head pipe may hold to get through the holiday weekend. Those boats ain't gonna chase themselves
