I'm going to try an aftermarket waterbox (really, a 2-inch pipe with something that is supposed to look like a muffler around it) with that Coffman on a ported 650.

Id like to know what 6 chambers, and ] your peak RPM, engine setup , pump/impeller specs.

Most folks notice a large difference from one pipe to the next.

both my skis are blasters with stock 62t motors and j props one has a op steering nozel with tnt chamber the other blaster mod camber otherwise the same

i did notice the diferene when i went from the blaster limited chamber to the tnt but thats me. i strongly beleave that if i stuck you on the ski with the limited and the next weekend put you back on the ski with the tnt chamber you wouldnt be able to tell.

i have no idea what my peak rpm is

Both of those pipes are supposed to have great bottom end, but the tnt keeps making power up into the RPMS, and the mod pipe is supposed to dwindle up there.

thats why I asked about peak RPMS.

you havent noticed that difference?
Ive just read it here, no first hand experience from me.

i ride the surf so the only time my ski sees peak rpm is when i forget to let go of the throttle

I'd forgot the headpipe didn't curve all the way around like the Factory headpipe does. There's no way you could put a Factory chamber on that.

well just out of curiosity i just called factory pipe. if you just wanted to buy every thing separately the manifold cost 186 dollars and the headpipe goes for 248 dollars.

so 434 for both plus shipping.

just something to think about.

hey thats my pipe. i am really sure that it will not work with any part of a factory b pipe. but i have it off and a b pipe off and two empty hulls so i will check.

I currently am, but its a PITA to remove and install.

it makes good power though, But the head mounts wont work when I girdle the head either.

The pipe is easy to remove. Its those two damn bolts on the head pipe. The two middle/lower ones. You have to remove the starter to tighten them or remove the motor then the starter which in my case was easier. I just did it this weekend.

hmm?

ive never removed it, it just looks like it would be a pain.

the old 650 in there now always runs.
