B pipe install question

so i recently bought a used limited pipe, from what i can tell its an earlier version where only the top and middle pissers adjustable.
My problem is the stinger is 2" od where it exits and my water box is 2.5", making my stock house useless even if i cut it. Whats going on here? lol

Stock hose is fine, use a hose clamp, or you can do an xscream stinger mod and weld on a 2.5" stinger.

u can buy a hose from 1 of the aftermarket companies for that fix i did!

Here is what I did and has worked out very well. I have a FP water box in my SN which has a 2" inlet and outlet. The FP 2.5" to 2" elbow works perfect so invest in one of those. Because the outlet is 2" and the long exhaust hose is 2.5", I sourced some commercial radiator hose that had a 2" ID. Cut it the length of the water of outlet and slipped it on the outlet. Then I installed the long exhaust hose over that. No issues after two seasons of riding.

I believe the stock Superjet water is is actually 2-3/8.

You can buy a high quality hose like hps for about $45 or a cheap hose for about $8. I've been running the cheap hoses with no issues. Hps has longer ends though.

I cut the stock one, it necks down in the middle enough to work. I was just apprehensive about cutting a good part, thank you for the replies I can't wait to get this thing done I just want to ride
