I orderd Watcons guage. It too only goes to 30 psi but I'll just have to swap it out... I also orderd the little carb manual for it also. I havn't taken any carbs apart yet so this will be an interesting adventure. Do you know if that book covers pop off checking?

After riding it yesterday the ski was perfect. The settings from Factorys site worked great with my stock carb and I didnt have to adjust anything.

Nice^^^ Did you find yourself hitting the rev limit at all? I had to mod my stock cdi to keep it off the rev limit.

You can run an MSD, or you can modify the stock cdi if you want to save some money. MSD is $200+ and modifying your cdi is $2. I've done it several times, its easy. Are you comfortable soldering?

I'm running the extended cheater pipe right now with a coffmans mani. It helped out alot, i dried the pipe out almost completely. Tons of power, but alot more top then bottom. I have a coffmans sizzler off a square i'm going to try. It's shorter and fatter so should give more bottom end. Plus it looks a helll of alot like the fx b-pipe, and 1/3 the price.
Wish i could afford a b-pipe, but until then i will keep tryn new chit.

Just to update this, everything was fine. Like you guys said, the water just warmed up while I was getting the rig. As far as the pipe goes, it still runs awsome. I dont have it tuned to where the water will sizzle when you splash it, but its still the best mod I've done so far.
