B pipe manifold thrashed

Tropical storm bill gave my factory B pipe a beating :frown:
now my ski is down and factory pipe wont have new ones till sept. some time and they are $205
a local shop thinks they have one that will fit a 61x but i have to try it on. i was thinking of having it rewelded (tig weld) but i hear that factory pipe will take it back under warranty.

They have replaced a chamber for me before. However, I sent them a headpipe that was cracked like that and they told me it wasn't due to their manufacturing. They sent it right back to me, but also sold me a new one at less than dealer cost.

my buddy just got one replaced by factory at no cost to him. they covered it under warranty.

i wouldn't waste my time. by the time you send it to them (pay for shipping both ways) and wait for them to decide if its a warranty issue, you could drop it to a local welding shop and have it repaired and back on the ski. probably for alot less too..

They just got a shipment in early this week. My new pipe came in today.

if it helps to know any i sold one of those on ebay for about $80 just fyi in case it doesn't get resolved.

haha thats not even weld i found out...it was like a paste/silicone lol
whats it worth? i might sell it. because i replaced it already but i was gonna fix this one for a backup.

not a whole lot since I have to weld 2/3 of it back up properly. pm me a price and I can get you some paypal. I need one for my blaster. but I am just too broke to do it up right.
