I am pretty sure Blowsion stocks not only complete pipes, but also manifolds and headpipes separately.

well apparently they just don't have the manifolds. they have every thing else.

this might ruin my trip to the Georgia ride.

no way someone has to have one for you. maybe one of the parts whores on here has a new one they can give you until you receive yours from Factory Pipe. Once you receive yours you can send that new one to whoever hooked you up and also some beer money.

That is a great idea and would really show the spirit of the site.:arms:
I would gladly let you use mine but Chucky has it right now.

Dang...they are back-ordering parts again. Here we go with more $1,000 FP pipes on eBay :Banane01:

I think my b-pipe is sitting at about 1,000 right now. Blasted and jet hot coated about (about $250), bored out to 48mm ($70 from LPW), modified to clear PV's......($450 if you have someone do it), 3 time certs installed on manifold (??), SS allen head bolts for headpipe ($25). I would ahve to say I have about $1325 in my b-pipe....at least

I think I am going to cry now :haha:

still up in the air on what pipe i should be getting

this season i will be running a mildly ported x cylinder with an ada head 33cc domes.
next season who knows.

so which pipe should i be getting.

i have heard a mod pipe b/c its one less thing to be buying later on and it will still work well with my set up when properly tuned.

then others have said that i should run a limited pipe for my set up and that a mod pipe is not gonna work too well on my current set up.

i really don't see myself getting into total loss and lamey cylinders down the road, but i can see myself getting a FS ported and stroked motor with dual carbs down the road.

if some one could give me some advice i don't want to end up with a 650 dollar mistake. if a b pipe could ever be a mistake that is.

Chuckie of TeamScream swears by the Limited, and he knows engines.

Downside is supposedly harder installation.

If you have an hour or five give Chucky a call and he will tell you exactly why.

Better yet, shoot him a PM as he doesn't have the time to talk to you. He has some motors to build and I'm way down the list. :nana:

I would get the limited for now. Without running major porting or a stroker or something you will probably actually suffer on the bottom. When you get your motor built up to the point of needing the mod just sell your limited chamber and pick up a mod or just cut yours down to a mod. I actually just went through this same decision about two months ago and that is what I was told.

For a Limmitted set up go Limmitted pipe, for more than limmitted, such as big carbs, porting, TL ignition or even an enhancer w/ lightened flywheel I would go mod chamber. I would also go mod if you plan on going over a limmitted set up. IMO I have tried both on my mod motor and the mod seemed somewhat better to me. I have also tried both on the Limmitted but ported set up and they felt the same to me. I personally think the mod is better all arround.

My mod chambered sj hits pretty hard(stock head, solas concord), but I still have yet to find the sweet spot.

Just for a backup and comparison, I will be getting a limited chamber and compare the two back to back!!!!!

I was told if I was going to run the mod on a mild motor to run water injection. This is what Art at jetworks told me at least. I basically run a limited setup now with an enhancer. I didn't realize you had porting so depending on how much its ported a Mod will probably work fine. Just remember that the limited can be changed to a mod pretty cheap.
