b-pipe puttin hole in my hull?

I have done exactly the same thing..I wondered where the water was coming in..

Lift the waterbox and place some hydro turf against the hull and the petrol tank..

Also helpful hint..buy gaskets and remove the bolts from the header pipe to get chamber out don't bother about removing the tank etc

Looks like ill have to do the same. Just happened to notice it today while putting her back in. Only problem is I wont be able to dent the pipe with the ceramic coating on there.

I raised the water box by shimming it with turf, at least it will rub a different area. Make sure the fuel tank it all the way to the right side to make more room.
Note: if the waterbox it raised, it could come in contact with the fuel tanks fill hose. I put some turf between the two and placed some turf between the tank and waterbox

Is there a thread on stinger coupler mods and/or options?

Usually if you loosen the coupler a little you can twist it around in the right position. Id rather turf it than bang a dent into it
