B pipe screw??

I did my water tuning the other Day and snapped off a diff screw .not the water tuning ones .it's under the head pipe water exit on the top .what is it ??can I weld it up or is it a tuning screw?? .when I started the ski some exhaust came from it .I can take pics later on. if no one under stands what I'm talking about

A B-pipe has 3 tuning screws and the rest are brass water fittings. Pics would help.

Just two right .one on the top head and one on the bottom of pipe well I have one more on the top that broke ..in going home now to take a pic .it might be a homemade screw someone put in .dunno

Theres one in the middle too. Total of 3. The middle is usually closed

that was probably a water injection fitting that is not needed. I would just plug it with some jb weld or something like that

that's a brass fitting threaded into alum, welding would prob not be easy, im sure you could get a decent bolt extractor and get the remainder of the fiting out and then just install a pipe thread plug

Will try that first @Little_Franny but if it don't come out welding it up is next

Yes try to remove it first. You wont be able to weld brass to aluminum so its best to get it out. You can install a new plug in the hole if it comes out or drill it bigger and tap new threads for the bigger plug or as a last resort jb weld. Good luck.

Wouldn't come out .everything is still in the ski without taking it all apart I Hope this works I tapped the water screw with a smaller screw

The brass was easier to tap then trying to remove it completely
