I dont understand factory pipe at all. Either im very sheltered or very ignorant but do they even make pipes for anything else? ive never heard of them coming from quads, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, motorcycles or even JS550s. If you go on their website they have like 3 products and 2 are the 701 b pipe both mod and limited which is obviously out of stock then its the 800 SXR pipe. They have people beating down their doors BEGGING to pay $780 for a b pipe, shouldnt that be your top priority if you want to make money? Maybe making pipes isnt their full time job or something. I cant believe the chinese havent ripped off their design and started making them for half the price.

you underestimate my sneakyness lol. Today is the first time i actually called them, all the other times was sent from my personal email so there is no way she could have known i was the emailer on February 7th and March 2nd as i didnt say who i was when calling. Im hoping my 2 pronged attack method will land me a b pipe before the lakes thaw. I also asked if i could be put on a call or waiting list and she told me sorry its first come first serve

They do stampings for Powerfactor, and many of the major MFG's that have stamped 2 stroke and even some 4 stroke chambers. ATV, Snowmobiles, etc...... Watercraft is a very very small part of their business. Since Runabouts went 4 stroke, the PWC Market got even smaller........ So, runs of BPipes, fluctuate. There are times when you can call and a new pipe will be in the mail that day.... The supply and demand changes constantly, so they do not want to get 40 pipes just sitting on the shelf.....

When the original supplier will not make them and strings people on for months and used ones are going for $800 I really don't see an alternative "hurting the community".
I would be fine if Coffman's started making them again or any reasonable alternative, Pro-Tec, RIVA.
Now if it is taking business away from someone actually making a proprietary product then I would agree.

Maybe with all this time off we can start melting down our beer cans and make them in our backyard.

I wonder how that works does factory pipe hold a patient on their design and thats why shops now days wont offer anything similar? I wonder how close they can get to their design without legal repercussions (im not a designer guy i dont know how any of this works i just know the casting and design process costs a lot of $$$ from scratch)

youd think if riva, pro tec could make a pipe for the same price or cheaper (poop or slightly even more) that they would have already.

Honestly, there is just not enough demand out there to justify the cost of R&D.

I make my own carbon carbon chambers. I just need manifolds and headpipes.
I'm sure someone can cnc an exhaust manifold but I'm not sure about the head pipes
