Blaster B2 steering cable in a B1

what all is needed off of a B2 to run the B2 steering cable in a B1?

I think you just have to make/modify a bracket to hold it. Search it and I'm sure theres plenty of stuff.

The WBII cable is beefier therefore stronger. Thats just a stock WBI cable. If you move the mount on the nozzle or lengthen the steering arm you won't need one until it breaks. It will last a while if you make sure that you don't mod it to where the cable binds at any point. Once you replace it, its pretty much guaranteed to not break.

i got the quick steer mod with no problems on a b1 cable... it just doesnt hit the steering stop on one side.:scratchchin:

You will want to adjust that out. Steering stops are there for a good reason...

does anyone have pics of a B2 steering cable underhood mount?

i bought a cable from a guy, and hes not sure of what the underhood mount i need is.....

TOBTEK over on pwctoday is making a sweet billet cable mount for the B2 cable in a B1 hull.
