Do you want to rebuild it yourself or have it done by a shop?

Why dont you send it back to xscream for rebuild?

HMMMM, that would help LOL.
Hell, whoever does it for you will have to get ahold of them for the pistons and rings and such.

That is one thing I have always hated about buying specific motors that run SOMEONES SPECIFIC PARTS. Not just a Weisco or ProX piston. I ran a 85.5mm bb flattop for years and they had to run R&D pistons.... R&D lost interest in them so they became hard to find and HIGH $. So if something happend your pocket was emptied and your ski was down for weeks.

It does not matter who your talking about here. could be DASA or Xscream or anyone having specific pistons made for their setup.
if they just have a brain fart and forget to re order your screwed, if you cannot get ahold of them your screwed. A good vendor would make sure they have rebuild parts in stock and readily accessible for the people who bought these time bombs, and lets face it they are ALL time bombs with unknown settings.

good luck bro, hope they hook you up. Ya may call Tricky or PM Tricky1, he can do the work and has Pat on walky talky LOL.

a baby scream usually is a 701 based engine that is ported and set up to their specs. Their big bores (771) I think also uses OEM 760 styles rounded pistons (as far as I know) .
If it's a flat top based motor, then you can always use the Kawi style pistons and modify the bottom skirts. However, they can only go up to 85.5mm

hes wanting to pay someone to rebuild it, I doubt he'll be modifying any skirts. I agree though, it should be off the shelf pistons @701.......... Maybe
