FX-1 back fire , run bad

on stand makes back fire, and on water runs like the rev limiter always on
i cut the white with the red line wire and it stop to do back fire on stand but in the water, do not have bottom punch

i think that the white with the red line wire is for the charging system but not sure

somebody help me with that

make sure your stator plate hasn't moved, or your flywheel hasn't sheared the key.
