Yes - no bow eye - looking for a sexy one. Defianantly need it as towing and winching onto a a trailer is not possible.
If this has inspired you, wicked! the more blasters the better. The mission for me has been to inspire the blaster clan in Australia. 1 year ago there was one blaster rider at our events, Me (a shallow victory) and now, the next event will between 15 - 20 blaster riders. So pumped!
Dave & 701 Industries appeared 4 months ago and things are taking off! Blasters being chopped and flipped all over the world now!
SO back to this beast.
Surf riding is a dream, re-entries are effortless, carves deep in waves, no issues. Nose dives a thing of the past..
Nose stabs don't come to a slapping halt when you hit the water, it just carves through the surface, under water and back up. keeping its momentum..
Jumps, thats a new thing, you really notice the rear missing and it just wants to flip. after 2 rides, I'm trying to find the foot-strap spots. Due to the new options it has made, will be installing 3 or 4 straps for rear stance and surf stance. So thats holding it back for now and keeping the flipping at bay.
Steering is awesome now that I am used to it. New 701 hood struts in, super convenient, 701 Exhaust, the note is mad. The guys I rode with this week were a little jealous.
Works intake grate arrives on Monday, will help with ultimate hookup. Replacing 701 Quick steer prototype with production version. Installing straps in the coming days, doing pushups in preparation for some tough landins in the near future..
Decmebr, jan and Feb are going to be dam sick this summer!!!
