Just from the unprofessional way that you present yourself leads me to think you are the kind of person who would fly off the handle if a buyer was not happy with his paid-for hull.
BTW: the pics of the hulls look amazing so far.
Fly off the handle how....? Good or Bad?
As a customer, I can testify that Steve is personally engaged and concerned with how happy his customers are with their product. I haven't taken delivery of my product yet, so I can't speak to service after the sale, but he's offered a warranty and I believe he'll take care of his customers based on how attentive he's been on the front end. We'll see.
I agree that he's not uber professional on the boards, and that its probably costing him business... but that's his choice. I prefer someone who doesn't candy coat their words, but i'm not real good at that either so maybe that's why i'm fine with it lol.
One other thing about this thread and what the OP brought to light. I can attest (and others that have talked with him as well) that Steve is a pretty laid back guy, he doesn't get real mouthy on here if you notice either. So if a laid back 'Cali' builder feels compelled to make a comment like he did, I would imagine that there is a reason for it. More to the point, I don't think he's just trash talking another builder unless there was a stone already cast. Not condoning it. I 100% agree that this negative behavior makes everything more 'clicky' and its not helping our sport. Just applying some logic to what could have lead to that comment.
