I'd imagine they just spray it over the top so the glass keeps its shape.

I also have 2 blemish hulls that I will sell for a discount the bottom had some pre release when in fused on our first couple glass Hulls so I had to put a very small amount of filler on the bottom both are fixed in primer and will make a good deal with paint to someone they are 100% perfect in structure just had gel blemish and don't wanna send a customer a Hull and they chip the paint and find some filler ...not they way we do business
