After reading bilge area I figured maybe steve had recessed an area for the bilge to sit lower or something, but I didn't see anything in the engine bay pic, I mean bilge area pic.

Ask steve if I just ride them, he calls me super tweek cause everytime he see's me Im elbow deep in my bilge area, dohh, i mean engine bay

Im just used to hearing/referring to a bilge area as in an area where the water collects in a boat/ship. Usually it is a seperate compartment or area for water to collect and be bilged out. But the engine bay in a jetski is also used as a bilge area, appreciate the lesson.
