I'm in love. Thanks to all the guys at Backie Chan headquarters for bustin ass and getting this thing together. Can't wait for summer to get to the northwest.

This is with 26mm top and bottom. Will be nice and tight.

those holds look a million miles away from the bulkhead???? Are you 8' tall or is it an illusion? Most short hulls would have the holds further forward I would think? Just curious, the top deck on this boat looks long to me anyway and I have yet to ride one so really hard to judge.

Just the angle of the picture. This hull is very proportional so it looks longer than some other small hulls but its just over 6 feet long and with my plate +2 on the sides and +3 in the middle it rides like a Cadillac. I need to actually cut the plate more now, if you have doubts just ride one...

Oh and for a weight on my ski for those who are curious, it's about 228lbs rtr (just add fuel). It was on a bathroom scale so it may actually be plus or minus a couple pounds...

228#s on a hull that strong is incredible.

What is "that strong"? What kind of testing was done? You can take a composite and in one direction it will be strong, while in another it will be as fragile as an egg. There is a whole lot more than just laying up carbon and glass.

The ski does "look" incredible.
