Backiechan fuel tank?

Does anybody know what gas tanks can be ran in a backiechan other than kart tanks?

550 tank works well with a little heat. I'll post a pic or two tomorrow. You can get fittings from aircraft spruce for the fuel lines 3.5 gallons with a b pipe and xmetal water box

Can you still buy 550 tanks new from kawasaki?

Ive only got tanks without battery trays left and I'm not sure it would fit with a tray installed beside it.

That's a modified Mcdog special ... Basically you take whatever battery your going to use wrap it with foam under pad 1/8 or 1/4 . Cover the foam with a good quality gorilla tape . Glass over the tape let cure and de mold .... Custom fit every time.
