So, you attached a registration not assigned, no fire extinguisher or registration. You could of avoided all that just by getting legal. I get stopped EVERY year around this time but our water cops are somewhat cool...If your legal:cool2:

Some of our local water cops are a pain, but some are not to bad. All of them usually stop us once in the beginnning of the season and then never stop us again. We always wave nice and big and act totally innocent when they are around. They probably know what we are trying to do, but hey.. no tickets as of yet.

Yes, we have some of the finest officers here in Georgia:purr:

I never give them any chit and I'm always polite. I remember one year DNR gave my friend Daryl sooooo much crap. Darryl had removed his HIN when he installed a scupper. They didn't like that too much, so they preceded to check not only his ski but mine also ( did I mention our skis were on trailers at this point and not in the water). Oh the joy! Now they start checking his trailer and mine. Note to self " Do not call a Federal Agent DUDE"

Yeah Id say it was a bad day, but I dont feel bad for you for not taking a registration, not having your fire extinguisher, and having expired stickers...
I mean, whatever, if I were the sherriff I'd probably stop that person too.
That kind of petty stuff could be avoided, Im not trying to rip on you or be too presumptuous but that kind of more like a hassle that could have been avoided..
Now if you werent doing anything wrong at all and you were all legal and got hassled anyway, then I would feel for you.

I got pulled over last week, not to recieve a ticket, but so officer could give me a permit to hold the 2007 Smith Lake Ride!!! Yes, I was amazed. Then proceeded to pull over a bass boat and give him a ticket!!!:arms: :arms:

I guess after the Smith Lake Ride 2006 he has now decided that we are true
enthusiats and not a bunch of jack azzes.
