Here we go .First of all Neil sorry to hear about your wrist that blows.Well lets take a ride on the Colorado space shuttle all aboard!I look up trying to ride myself see the space launch right in front of me its gaining altitude. I was thinking git r done he had some good air.It looked like he was going for a nose stab oh wait then I see a foot out of the tray .I was thinking(scary I know) a one footed nose stab sweet I thought.Well on his return to earth,I see his ski getting away from him thats when it got ugly.I see him try to pull himself back in the tray but the ski is getting flatter than one of my attemped nose stabs thats bad.He got back to his ski one foot still dangling like shark bait and his chest and head over the hood hanging off to the left.Well thats how he landed ski first the he proceeded to bouce off his hood like a Steve Nash dribble. It looked bad I rushed over to see if he knew what planet he landed on.I thought for sure he hit his head so I was expecting for him to be knocked out or teeth missing something along those lines. He comes up I say you ok he nodded I said are you sure he said yeah so continued on my way to look for some waves.I will give Neil at least a 9-9.5.Thats the jet ski crash according to Deeznutz sorry Neil get well soon

Mick does this sound familiar.

Monday - coughing, sneezing, runny nose and a little headache.
Tuesday - add fever, body aches, lack of appetite, buckets of flem
Wednesday - add teeth hurt, fever to chills to fever repeat, lack of functionality

I stayed home from work on Tuesday and Wednesday, but had to come back today. I plan to leave early.

This sucks.

hey Shawn, this is why I not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont need anymore of that mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, what did everybody mess up?
Skis?
Firewood Trailers?
Liver Damage?
Busted Toes?
Saltwater Gremlins?

for me things turned out a little worse than first suspected...

Distal Radius Fracture including Ulnal Styloid (aka fractured wrist) :17:

you should take up a safer sport, like mx... yikes..

Moondance

Just plain me....
excuses excuses.

you ----> dragging string.

What a bloody mess!
You should ask him where he even got that saying:wink:

And btw...a big thank you to whomever I got this damn illness from. I woke up in the middle of the night expecting to see an elephant sitting on my chest. It also sounds like a cell phone on vibrate when I breath. Is that a bad thing

My family stayed down till thrusday,on wednesday they said the part of the beach we were at was under water all the way to the dunes. I saw some vids of the kids playing and there was zero surf. So Id say we had a great weekend.

I was afraid of that Neil...Being a 30yr BMX vet, Ive seen plenty of those... You were so casual about it, so you should heal real fast...

Maladjusted steering cable failure: Thanks to all who helped.

My ride home was uneventful with following exceptions...

-Awoke Sunday with sand between my teeth blowing in from moonroof.
-Ate sh*t pushing my ski into my Element after flushing. Fell face-first onto wet pavement. Roadrash on knees and tops of hands.(glad nobody witnessed)
-Head cold set in just before entering I10.
-Dizzy and lightheaded after Louisiana border.
-Cough kicked in at Mississippi border.
-Lungs producing mysterious semi-solid masses by Jackson.
-Crashed at rest area for 3 hours.
-Crashed at another rest area for 6 hours.
-Drove to Illinois border half asleep.
-Delirium sets in in southern Illinois along with chills coupled with sunburnt skin from cold air blowing in from tailgate.
-Arrive in Chicago, go straight to bed and did not move for 24 hours.
-Post thank yous on the X.

that sucks. Lots of good play by plays in this thread though. Did anyone not get sick or have some crap happen to them?

Just wanted to say that it was GREAT to see everyone again! What I can remember from Friday night was a blast, and Saturday was cool just wish I didn't have to leave so early.

I finally slowed down enough this past week to realize I'm not really able to move my wrist at all, so... I'm going to an orthopedic specialist tomorrow to find out how bad it is :ugh2: Wish me luck!
