Looks good. 2part foam isn't mandatory to drizzle on top of the poly but it helps lock it all together as long as u don't drown it. I like that it acts as a filler between the top of the poly and the bottom of the tray. You'll never completely seal the tray water tight but do ur best with replacing the tray. Fill the seam with 5200 prior to glassing it down. I see u put 5200 on all ur tubing exit locations which is good. As for tray drains, it's a "dealers choice" thing. I like the 1/4" threaded brass inserts. u can drill out a 3/8" hole and glass them in at the bottom of the chine. Simply unscrew the plug after a long ride and let any trapped water drain, or buy a couple of the small ball valve drains (versa plugs). They're easy to drill out and screw into the hull at same location.

The footholds are very thin.. not even sure what brand of holds I have. ..

should I drill a small hole and spray foam in the footholds? .......

otherwise I'm pretty much ready to try out turfing!

looks good. I need to do this next winter. this year I invested my money in a Blue ported Jetmaniac 701 with ADA head and crankcase rebuild. Ditching the Hog 650!
