I am starting to wonder if it would be worth it to make some molds of some of these Yamaha seats, I know the Waveventure -Waverunner XL seats are bad about the base disintegrating as well and good luck finding good ones , there are some new epoxy resins out now that you can make flexible parts out of, just an idea.

I agree. I've been looking and Ebay is pretty much the only place I see B2 seats and they want like 3-400 dollars for one. That's almost half of what I paid for the whole ski. If I could get the part with the latch to sit flat where it belongs and just Cover the bottom in epoxy you think that could work? I'm definitely open to recommendations

I don't think anything would stick to that type of plastic

Yeah that guy wanted like 400 dollars. Plus it was yellow and I’d have to reupholster on top of it. Crazy to me how hard these are to find. Raider seats and other assorted ones I see around go for like 50-100 bucks

Wow that is pricey , a friend of mine knows someone that has one with no cover on it , I am checking to see how much he wants for it, give me a few days , just realize 99% of those are yellow , I have never eveb seen a green one, the chances of finding a green seat that doesn't need recovering are going to be very slim.

Awesome thanks for checking, and yeah that's fair. I'm fine with reupholstering, A buddy of mine knows someone at Yamaha and asked them to pull numbers for the B2 Hulls, this is what he said:

1996 (Yellow B2): 9,900 produced
1997 (Green B2): 3,700 produced
