Super Jet Battery Ground

Hey guys

getting close to the end of my build and need to put the ground wire for my battery in. I forgot to order one for the Sj at the right length but I have one in my garage that is shorter.

Can i ground it to any part of the motor or does it have to go to one of the starter posts?

Should b able to. Guys running tl have to run several grounds

Go to home depot get some 0 or 4ga wire and make one.

use tinned copper. available at marine supply stores.

Check out OCD's battery cables... they are built the way they should be.

I have one but it won't reach to the starter bolt

I was going to buy the OCD ones or a set like rad dudes once I get some extra cash

Quite a few guys prefer to bolt it to the flywheel cover so they can keep tabs on it easier. That's about as close to the battery as you can get.

If you just need a ground, I can sell you just a ground. I might even have an OEM one laying around somewhere.

Starter connection is preferred and is ideal. It will work in other places, but was designed to attach at the starter for a reason. If possible, that's where it should go.
