Super Jet Battery keeps dying

So here's the story, recently just rebuilt my superjet and everything runs great to issues I found at first, pops right off no problem, I then go out to ride and rode for roughly 45min- an hour, I go up on sore to check if everything looks good and is working properly in the engine bay and everything looks great, I then go out to continue riding and the battery is dead, at first I thought maybe because I was running my bilge constantly when riding that it could have killed it, I then go recharge the battery and go out a few days later, this time I only turned the bilge on every once and a while and eventually fall off around the 1 hour mark and it has a dead battery again, its like I'm running a total loss but Im not, anyone know of this issue?

Update: rook battery down to autozone to get tested and they said it was good, I ran it dead today and they said it had 12.4V would this be to little to crank over a 180Psi engine? Or do I have a possible starter going bad?

12.4 is getting low because 12.8 is fully charged. It's the cranking amps that remain at 12.4 volts that's more important than voltage as an indicator. Test your charging system by put a multimeter on battery when it's running and see if you get like a 13.4 volts reading.

Okay, I'll go out and check that tommorow, if it is getting low, would I have to end up getting a new stator?

Not if you get a super strong battery like an AGM 12,14 or 16 and just charge it after each day you ride OR have someone solder on a new OEM lighting coil. Sometimes it can be the voltage regulator which you have to just swap it out for a known good one or new You can ohm test the green wires/ lighting coil from inside the ebox; wiggle the wires while taking a reading to check for fluctuations. 1.1 ohms to 1.4.

I'm getting 13.04 volts while running is this too low?

Which is wierd then cause that would indicate the charging system works right? And if so why did my battery die twice, you think bilge is drawing to much power?

Sounds like it's charging ok, I've had a worn out Rule pump before drawing alot of amp. Are you sure your battery is healthy?

Had the battery checked yesterday and autozone said it was good and the bilge is brand new

I've once had a charging system work intermittently due to bad green wires between ebox and stator. When I wiggled wires ohms would fluctuate. The charging system puts out only about 2 amps so a running bilge pump will slow down charging some but with a good battery shouldn't be an issue.
