bb sleeves

I have been trying to search for information on bb sleeves and havnt found much. What im wanting to do is put bb sleeves into my 61x barrel. Who sells them?? I saw blowsion 785 sleeves any feed back on them?
( motor is for a surf ski)
Any other brands?

If your looking to go BB jetmaniac and i have a custom bb sleeve i designed but we only offer them in a BB motor combo
You cannot simply install the sleeve without machining and porting the cylinder. And there is no point putting a big bore cylinder on a set of Unported cases as stock cases need to be ported in order to feed the larger cylinder diameter

X2 on jemaniac/blue engine i havehad 2 718 cc topends and thy hid hard and can take some abuse.
