After a long wait my new XFS Ninja Competition has arrived! Huge thank you to Chris at Freestyle Connection. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and has exceeded my expectations. After owning XS hulls for years (4 DVXs and 2 Heliums) I found myself burnt out and ready for something new. While I always loved the XS hulls, 2 things constantly bugged me. 1. The handlepole issues with replacing uprights year after year and battling a loose handlepole 2. The struggle with always modifying footholds to stay locked. Had an opportunity to ride Chris' school ski in Daytona 2021 at flatwater friday. I found myself comfortable on the XFS right away and I felt extremely "locked" to the ski with the ninja holds. The fit and finish on these hulls are also incredible, so what the hell, lets give this a try. Such a relief that the hull comes with graphics and turf done. After picking up the hull and riding with Chris a few days ago, I am rejuvenated and cant wait until summer!

Rode a XFS ninja G1 1200RR yesterday for the first time and was impressed by the short wide hull stability along with easy flipability. I immediately rode out an off idle flip. I'm use to a DVX with cleats so I flew out of the footholds in wrestling shoes and got banged up but still rode a next session thankfully. Don't think I kicked in quite hard enough tho. Very easy to ride ski imo.
