can i get some suggestions or pics of how you guys have your strap. any cool ideas or ways the tbm is a total confusion

A scuba weight belt works well. Kinda like a seat belt.

but im am trying to find something that is quick. how would you hook up that unless the back has a rope for the belt to go around.

not sure what you are asking, but many of us have a rope loop that stays ties in the stern eye in the tray.

Why would an after market hull builder not have one on there?

ya i have mine

just didnt have a rope around it. can i put the ski on the other way i do have a tow loop in the front.

its really not that hard...just put a rope with a hook (old tie down or something) and hook it to the eye in the rear..make the rope the right length so that the ski is in a postiion on the tote so that it balances very easily and there isnt much weight on the handle of the tote..if you have the ski on the tote backwards you have to carry the weight of the engine
