I just built a shop stand for less then $100. Used 2x2 steel and took it to a shop and had it welded up for $20. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348884202.468942.jpg

I designed this and had it welded up. Total cost was around $600. The wheels are a solid foam type from northern tool ($120 for both). The tires are heavy for their size and I would not go with them again. Despite being heavy they do float the cart with out the ski on it. The fabrication/welding for everything was around $200. It has a stainless steel axle ($60) and all stainless steel hardware (cotter pins, nuts, pull pins...etc). After the video I added a winch to the handle area ($30-$40). The cart/stand is aluminum and the rack is steel. I can not have a trailer where i live so this was my only option if I wanted to ride. Its a little on the pricey side but it works great as a shop cart to work on the ski, as a beach dolly and and a hitch hauler. On soft sand the tires make it difficult but I have no problem with it at Daytona.
