only problem I could see is that it seems the winch would pull the nose down too much? Its a great idea though for sure. Would like to see it in action. My truck prolly sits too high for it, but maybe a longer piece at the back to load in deeper water (fresh water anyway) would be the answer to both concerns. I have seen these before at races back in the late 90's
