Andy,
You need at least a set of dual 46mm Mikuni's for carb setup.
Get your exhaust manifold and headpipe bored out to 48-49mm.
Make sure you run a Jetworks Flow Control valve on your water feed to the stinger.
This would be the 1st things to start with for now,
Then upgrade to a Power Factor Dry Pipe later...

So am I correct to assume you cut two cases in half to make that?

I agree, best frankie engien I have seen! I am curious to see how well the port passages from the crank case line up with the SD cylinder.

What kind of machine work is involved in putting a Sea-Doo 951 PV cylinder on top of Kawasaki cases, if you don't mind me asking???

To much......

Spacerplate cylinder to cases, spacerplate for yamahaexhaust, lenghted and stroked crank, carbon bedplate, welded intakemanifold, cncd coupler, starterbraket.........

I would do a minimum of dual 46's but dual 48's I think would work best for your application. I agree w/ SUPERTUNE, bore your manifold/head pipe to 48-49mm. If you can do a EME exhaust that would be nice, but a type 9 would work well also if you can get it to fit.

The name Frankenstein is a popular term for mismatched engine components such as a 61X case with a 760 cylinder on top. This looks like an inexpensive way to make a bigger displacement engine with power valves if it's not to much trouble with the machine work.

Is the base bolt pattern the same on the Sea-Doo cylinder and Kawi cases?

Did you happen to check the port timing on the engine you built?

The reason I ask is because if the Sea-Doo stock 951 engine uses 140mm length rods with a 78.2mm stroke you would think there wouldn't be any need for a spacer plate with 133mm Kawi rods and a 74mm or 76mm stroke?
