If I am not mistaken, using polyester resin would not be so good considering the hull is SMC, I am correct? I can get polyester resin also.....

i think the reason that one worked is that the tray had already been reinforced with glass/epoxy...
so, the polyester resin was binding to actual glass vs. smc..

I see...I just spoke to my cousin, he owns an electrical insulators factory (the ones in the high tension poles) and he says that he has an epoxy glue which is very very strong....it is cured using heat....I will try that one and let you know.....unfortunately here now is full winter season so I guess I wont be riding a lot.....

only the bottom deck is SMC. Top deck of round nose superjets is hand laid polyester.
The 09-93 squares are some other plastic type stuff, not sure what it is called. Also not sure what the 94-05 squares are.
FX-1's are all hand laid poly.

Metton is what the top deck of a SN is made of. It is a type of FRP (fiber reinforced plastic)
