Super Jet Best options to get my motor running???

Hey guys, looking for some suggestions to get my ski back in the water. Here's my story.
92 SJ 61x/62t, dual 44's w/R&D spacer, girdled ADA, B-mod pipe, lightened flywheel, MSd enhancer. The cylinder is bored to 760 and pretty heavily ported, cases are ported and epoxied. Last time I had the ski out, the waterbox let go, so we towed the ski back(Basically under water for a few miles). Thought I got the water out, but come to find out that the crank is locked up. After disassembly, I found that the sleeves and pistons are worn as well. What should I do now??? #1 Resleeve/new 701 pistons/new domes/rebuilt crank #2 used complete top end/crank #3 used complete motor I wouldn't mind doing a SBT or comparable rebuilt motor, but from what I understand, only my stock crank qualifies as a core. What would you guys do???
