Super Jet Best price on an RRP pole?

Finally ready to pick up an RRP pole, any suggestions on who has the best price on them? I see them everywhere for $799.00 and not sure if that is going to be the best price I find.

$799 sounds cheap to me.. you better make sure what that includes.

Thrust Innovations seems to be the best place for RRP.

$799 is retail on the cast pole. I don't think any dealers want to publicly advertize less than that . your best bet is to contact them directly

What type of headaches can I expect with the RRP?
Most have none at all, I wouldn't be worried. I bought mine from Thrust innovations. I did talk to optimaracing.com and they were offering them for $735 shipped if you wanted the superjet version, but I don't think they had the longer tubes that I needed for my build and Thrust had them in stock. Awesome service through Thrust.

The piecing it together part.
It's like you have to buy every nut and bolt separate where with X-metal you get it all.

Agree on the nickle and dimeing when ordering one....of course no fault of any of the dealers. But coming from someone who has never delt with AM poles before, I cannot believe how many parts you have to buy. LOL! But in fairness, I have to say the RRP Billet pole is REALLY REALLY nice.

did i just get lucky that my pole had all the parts? theres really nothing to these. 6 allen bolts that hold it all together, a safty rod with nuts (if you want it) and a stearing post and bolts.

I think the comment is because the adjustable XMetal is $775 (Yamaha) and it includes a chinpad, breather tubes, lowered bracket and bolts.

For the RRP, chinpad and pole bracket are extra cheese $$$.

Actually i think the comment is reffering to all the little parts that list as options when selecting the rrp. The first time i priced one i was intimidated enough to not buy one online. I ended up calling to find out what all was needed or not.

1) Pole with tubes
2) pivot bracket
3) hanpole support bar
4) spring mount
5) handpole pad
6) bolt spacer tube

I think there was one or two more i forgot too. Having built a couple now, it seems very simple but seeing all the options with no detail was pretty confusing. I'd say they should sell it like X-Scream as a complete package but the total price would likely scare people away and one of the selling features is the modular design of the RRP in the first place.

Yep, all the little parts quickly add up to double what the pole costs.
If I knew that when I started with the RRP, I would have just ordered the X-metal.
