Best scupper

Going to be doing a lot of lake riding. Screwing around on my tigercraft m1. Current scupper leaks bad and I’m debating what I should do. Trying to find a scupper that doesn’t leak or seal it off and run dual bilge pumps. Only issue is I was planning to run total loss so either I need to run charging or a scupper for that part. Does anyone run some sort of a scupper that doesn’t leak? If I can get one that doesn’t leak at all that would be sweet. I have some ball and it leaks a lot. Thanks

Replace the the flap first off. You could add PWC Dr one way valve also if he makes one to fit your tube or is it and open hull design? Not familiar with the M1's. There is another scupper that has a small magnet.

It’s a ball valve that’s in the ski at the moment. But I’m thinking that a flap may be a better idea? It’s pretty much a 2in tube with a small section that was put in for the ball valve that can be removed. I was looking at the versa plug max or the epic industries one someone mentioned was good.

Especially in the case of all the guys running skis with no foam. That's just asking to star in yet another "Can anyone help me locate my ski on the bottom of the ocean" threads.

I have a versipulg. When I built up my new hull I tested it for leaks in my pool before installing the engine. Not a drop of water came in. This may change after some use, but for now it's looking good.

Is this the max 2in version? I thought about it but i think my plan is to just run dual 500 gph bilge pumps. Possibly try that scupper.

I can leave my XScream Helium that has 2 XS scuppers float for about 2 hours and take on about 2 gallons of water. I have been around lots of other skis that would sink in 15-20 minutes

Update. Bought a Versa plug max. Works great. Ski sat for 20 mins no water. Going to put a screen before it as well for any zip tie etc.

Had this one in my Superjet for 6 years. Would tie it to the dock and come back from lunch to a dry hull. Wheather or not you like the company it's an A+ setup.
